Welcome to The Holly Lodge Breakfast and After School Club
Holly Lodge Primary School manages its own wrap-around childcare provision. The Breakfast and After School Club operates during term-time for children attending Holly Lodge Primary School. The club is currently run from the “M1” building between the Reception garden and Year 5/6 building. It consists of a classroom, the cookery room, and the studio. The objective of the club is to provide a welcoming and fun wrap-around childcare environment. We aim to offer all our children stimulating activities to suit all ages and abilities, with links to learning taking place in school. Children have a wealth of options to choose from for both independent and group play. Typical activities include board games, puzzles, arts and crafts, and wider group events such as fashion shows, where everyone gets involved. There is a learning zone in the club where children can complete homework or practise spellings or times tables. In dry weather we have use of the sports field and the Year 5/6 play area for football and outdoor games.
The Breakfast Club Manager is Valentina Lupo.
The After School Club Manager is Ellen Kennedy.
The Lodge Club play workers: Alexa Macbeth, Kimarnia Hak, Huma Shakoor, Iris Ko, Sharon Joel, Riffat Salman.
The Breakfast Club is open from 7:30am to 8:30am*
The After School Club runs from 3:15pm until 6.00pm during term time*
*Excludes inset/school closure days.
Last day of term (Christmas, Easter, Summer) After School Club runs 1:30pm – 6pm.
Breakfast is included for morning club bookings. Food options include cereal and toast.
A healthy snack (served from 4pm) is also provided for after school club bookings which normally consists of fruit and toast. Please note this is a snack and not intended to replace a main meal. Sometimes cookery activities are arranged whereby pupils may prepare their own delicious snacks, such as pitta pizza!
All sessions are payable in advance via our Scopay online payment system. Current prices for 2024-2025:

Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of the date of the booked session(s) will not be eligible for any form of credit.
